Caboose
All aboard for fun! The Village Express - Party Caboose is an authentic red caboose that provides a unique way to celebrate your child's birthday as a private group, in a climate-controlled environment. You supply the party; we supply the remarkable location, furnished with children's tables and chairs, and a food-serving area. Plus, The Village at Allen has plenty of restaurants and stores to make party planning a cinch.
Canine Commons Dog Park
Located in the parking lot north of PetSmart, Canine Commons Dog Park is a tree-shaded haven for dogs of all shapes and sizes. The park features water fountains for dogs and humans, benches and tables, and plenty of bag stations available for your use.
The Grotto
Get warm and cozy at The Village Grotto. On a cool winter night, there’s nothing like an outdoor fireplace and a hot cup of coffee at the Grotto. The perfect spot for enjoying a romantic evening under the stars, or a game of chess on the oversized chess/checker board, The Grotto is one of our newest and most popular attractions.
The Grove
The Grove, located in the center of The Village at Allen, features a lush park, a Texas-shaped hedge maze and children’s playhouses, and a pavilion with an outdoor fireplace and comfortable seating.

The Village Beach
You don’t need an ocean to make a splash at The Village Beach. Challenge your friends, or take on the whole family at our Beach Volleyball courts. It’s a great way to get a little exercise, and have a lot of summer fun. (And it’s a lot cheaper than that trip to Malibu.) Head for the beach today!

The Village Depot
The Village Depot Play Area is designed especially with active children in mind. Located in The Grove, this fully fenced play area features four playhouses, a Texas-shaped hedge maze, an authentic red caboose, and tables and benches for Mom and Dad to take a break. Let your child experience the joy of active, imaginative play at The Village Depot.
The Village Fountain
Kids love our interactive fountains — and you will, too. Whether you’re cooling off on a hot summer day, or splashing around at the spur of the moment, they’re guaranteed to inspire delight.
Check out the dancing waters choreographed to well known musicians such as Celine Dion and Michael Jackson.

The Village Garden
The Village Garden is a community garden with 55 private, raised beds, seven larger community/pantry plots, and a small orchard. The garden is open to area residents, to supply fresh vegetables and herbs for their own families, as well as families that depend on The ACO Food Pantry for their basic needs.
The Village Park
Green space is central to The Village at Fairview and The Village at Allen experience. Take a rest under a beautiful shade tree, walk down the trails, or bring the family for a relaxing picnic. It’s a little bit of nature, right in the heart of the Village.
The Village Trail
The Village Trail connects The Village at Allen and The Village at Fairview. A 1.25-mile trail is now open on the east and south perimeters of The Village at Allen, at Allen Station Parkway.
